Amadeus is pleased to announce that the Amadeus Passenger Lists by Office product has been re-worked and enriched with new functionality. A new entry is opened for you, LPO.

The LPO entry allows Amadeus users to search for bookings made within their office with a number of search criteria, which can be very useful when there is an impending airline strike or to check any un-ticketed PNR’s.

As per today, it covers all the current capabilities of the LMB entry, except the search by auxiliary segments. It also does not returns PNRs that only contains non-air segments, as well as PNRs with no active segments. In addition, the following improvements have been made:


Allow to specify a country for a specific board point and/or off point.
Allow quicker time responses in case of multi-offices searches. Widest searches are expected to be completed in a couple of hours when LMB today takes a couple of days.
Allow searches for the Option elements (OP, OPX and OPQ)
Allow searches for non-participating carriers
