From 13 January if a Passenger Name Record (PNR) does not include a validating carrier element (FV), the system will update the PNR with the applicable carrier based upon ATPCO validating carrier selection logic of the fare used.

We recommend you do not manually input the Validating Carrier (FV) element. Allow Amadeus to follow industry standards and automatically append the information to your booking.
