When a booking or PNR has been deleted from the live system, you will be unable to display the PNR with the normal “RT” entry. Here we will show you how to view past date PNR’s in what is called the deferred mode and were to find the information you require.


To view a Past Date PNR (PDR):

1. RPD/RLC-ABCDEF where ABCDEF = record locator
this will send a request to our archives and can take upto 24hrs

2. RLD
shows the list of pending or actioned PDR’s

3. RLDT1
to view the PDR from the RLD list where 1 = the line number
